So i'm going to assume every gun could have a black ice but i have only see. Kaids since a friend has it and i encountered an enemy with it. Well the only rare skins are the 1st year seasonal skins, the og pl grade skins (aka glacier), the dev skin & the fire and peacock skins. And the old pl skins, the gold & carbon fiber ones before they added the white details, to most of the modern pl skins.
